TerraClean 5.0 has been discontinued in all U.S. States except California. However, all applications TerraClean was used for are now covered on our OxiDate 5.0 label. TerraClean 5.0 is still available in California.
WHAT IS THE MODE OF ACTION OF TERRACLEAN 5.0?
TerraClean 5.0 employs an oxidation chemical reaction to kill fungi, bacteria, and spores. More precisely, TerraClean 5.0 reacts ‘on contact’ with the proteinaceous enzymes that make up single-celled organisms.
HOW SHOULD TERRACLEAN 5.0 BE USED?
TerraClean 5.0 is buffered to react to pathogens in the soil being treated, therefore it is vital that the soil is adequately wetted to ensure that the activated chemistry will saturate beyond the possible root zone of the crop being protected. Rate and usage guides for the various crops this product is labelled for, should be carefully followed. Areas saturated with TerraClean 5.0 dilute do not need to be covered with protective plastic or tarps to be effective.
